The 25th Annual Workshop of the Horticultural Association of Kenya (HAK) is proudly convened through a strategic partnership between HAK and the University of Kabianga,
bringing together leading minds and hands in horticulture, agribusiness, and food technology. This landmark event will be held at the University of Kabianga Main Campus from 24th to 27th November 2025, uniting researchers, students, farmers, innovators, and industry stakeholders to exchange cutting-edge ideas and practical solutions. This year’s theme– Driving Climate Smart Horticulture Through Innovation & Agribusiness. We will tackle the challenges climate smart horticulture through innovation and sustainable value chains, while building technical capacity, fostering collaboration, and recognizing excellence in the horticultural sciences across Kenya and the tropics..
The forum structure: includes keynote addresses, plenary presentations, field excursions, students training on writing skills, farmers training, laboratory and on-station visits and awards presentation.
