The workshop will take place at the Kenya Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization-Tea Research Institute (KALRO-TRI). The Institute (TRI), is one the research institutes created under the KALR Act of 2013. It was established to replace the former Tea Research Foundation of Kenya (TRFK) to contribute to the overall production, processing and marketing of tea. TRI is located in Kericho County about 11.5 Km from Kericho town. To access the institute, branch off Kericho/Nakuru highway at Brooke shopping Centre for a distance of 5 km through Kimugu Tea Factory Road. The TRI occupies over 210 ha of land to the West of Mau forest. It lies in a serene environment bordering the famous Mau Forest, James Finlay’s and Unilever Tea Kenya Limited.
